Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys active work, working with their hands, and contributing to a fast-paced shop environment.

You will perform finishing, packaging, and support with machine operators, learn on the job, and develop skills that can grow with the company.

Responsabilidades

• Remove excess material from finished parts to meet quality expectations.
• Check parts for visible quality issues and report concerns.
• Count, sort, organize, package, label, and box finished products.
• Assist machine operators by handling product during production runs.
• Assist with minor machine operation and monitoring as trained.
• Move materials and products through production and finishing areas.
• Support Shipping/Receiving and other departments as needed.
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized.

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking a Finishing Technician to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.As a Finishing Technician, you'll play an important part in making sure our finished products meet quality expectations. You'll perform hands-on finishing work, package completed parts, and work alongside our Machine Operators to keep production moving efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Remove excess material from finished parts to help ensure they meet quality expectations.

• Count, sort, organize, package, label, and box finished products.
• Assist Machine Operators by catching, organizing, packaging, and boxing product during production runs.
• Assist with minor machine operation and monitoring as trained.
• Help move materials and products throughout the production and finishing areas.
• Assist Shipping/Receiving and other departments as needed.
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, organized, and running efficiently.
• Pitch in with other finishing, production, and general shop activities when needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous manufacturing experience required. We're looking for someone who is dependable and ready to learn!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, hands‑on work.
• Ability to bend, reach, handle parts, and move materials throughout the workday.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
