Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, working with data, and supporting the operations side of a manufacturing environment? We’re looking to add an Operations Support Specialist to our team. In this role, you’ll provide important day-to-day support to our production team by helping maintain reports, documentation, and key operational processes across areas such as production reporting, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and quality systems.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working within a structured manufacturing environment and has prior experience supporting operational, safety, or quality processes. You’ll work closely with production leadership and play an important role in keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date. As an Operations Support Specialist at Wire Belt, you will…

Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations team through reporting, documentation, and coordination of key processes related to production, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality Management Systems (QMS). This role helps ensure accurate data, regulatory compliance, and support ongoing operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports
• Identify trends and variances to support data-driven decision making
• Maintain Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) documentation and compliance records
• Assist with coordination of safety trainings, audits, inspections, and incident reporting
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and document control processes
• Support internal audits and corrective action tracking
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and track progress
• Provide administrative and analytical support to production leadership
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of operational data
• Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with prior experience in a manufacturing or operations environment who is comfortable supporting reporting, safety, and/or quality-related processes. This role is best suited for someone who has worked with structured systems and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.

• Work confidently with data, including strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members across departments
• Support and maintain processes related to EHS, ISO, and quality systems
• Previous experience working with EHS, ISO, or quality documentation and processes is strongly preferred
