Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish standard running conditions to improve Safety, Quality and Costs.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and propose operational solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Implement continuous improvement activities to improve operational results.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize operating and engineering data and trends.
• Ensure health and safety of personnel and care of equipment and product under control.
• Maintain machine standards, line drawings and equipment documentation.
