Propelis is seeking career oriented, hardworking and dependable manufacturing professionals to join our production team in Sandston, VA! This is an ENTRY level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Pay: $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with no manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including lathes, to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Safely load, unload, and handle heavy cylinders and materials, frequently lifting and moving items
• Perform lathe setup, operation, and basic adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency.
• Drain, strip, clean, and prepare tanks containing industrial chemical fluids
