Job summary

Propelis is seeking entry-level manufacturing professionals to join the Sandston, VA production team. Ideal candidates can work independently, maintain a clean and safe environment, and cross-train in multiple positions.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. The role offers $21/hour with a $1/hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including lathes, to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Safely load, unload, and handle heavy cylinders and materials, frequently lifting and moving items.
• Perform lathe setup, operation, and basic adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency.
• Drain, strip, clean, and prepare tanks containing industrial chemical fluids.
