Job summary

Solatube is looking for an entry level Operator to join our team in Red Lion, PA. This full-time position involves operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in our Fill & Clean department.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to follow instructions and work within a diverse team. We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.25 to $19.47 per hour and a suite of employee benefits, including health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery in the Fill & Clean department.
• Monitor operations on equipment while producing products.
• Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications and quality.
