Job summary

Avient is seeking an entry-level Production Associate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves weigh-up or packaging duties to ensure high-quality products while controlling costs and meeting customer specifications.

Pay is $20 per hour, with a 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 2nd from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and 3rd from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM. The position is on-site at the manufacturing plant in Avon Lake, OH.

Qualifications

• Entry-level manufacturing role focused on weigh-up or packaging tasks.
• Must follow safety rules and meet quality and delivery specs.

Responsibilities

• Obtains batch documentation and ensures correct ingredients are delivered to the area.
• Sets up and starts weigh-up or packaging equipment, verifies controls and safety procedures.
• Notifies supervision of issues promptly.
• Processes, batches, and packages materials to meet customer specs and container sizes.
• Supports Production Operators by supplying materials and keeping equipment running.
