• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business or equivalent
• Strong technical ability and mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, CAD programs); good communication and decision making ability

Responsibilities

• BOMs and routings: customize for custom orders
• Assist with quotations for large volume and OEM inquiries
• Optimize products and manufacturing processes for efficiency and performance
• Sourcing new machines and documenting QA layouts for new processes
• Collaborate across engineering, production and other departments to complete projects on time
• Identify and resolve product, process and design issues
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned
