Founded in 1982, we serve industrial markets including power generation, refining & petrochemical, steel, pulp & paper, chemical processing, marine & offshore, liquid terminals, and bulk material handling.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • BOM and routings
  • Customizing BOMs and routings as needed for custom engineered orders
  • Assisting with quotation of large volume and OEM inquiries that may require special manufacturing techniques
  • Product/manufacturing optimization for efficiency and performance
  • New machine sourcing
  • Developing and documenting necessary quality layout information for the QA department on new processes and machines
  • Demonstrate support for company programs through words and actions
  • Resolve product, process and design issues
  • Implement process improvements to the design procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Recognize other issues and perform necessary duties to correct problems
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering or Business) or demonstrated equivalent through work experience
  • Experience: Strong technical ability and mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience preferred (Welding, Fabrication, Machining, Production Equipment, and Assembly)
  • Demonstrated project management capability
  • Skills: Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, CAD programs), good communication, influencing skills, and decision-making ability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walk up to a ¼ mile at a time. Bend, squat, reach as needed. Have good vision (corrected to 20-20). Good hearing and finger dexterity. Must understand and speak English. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 lbs. Environmental requirements include working indoors in a high noise level and humid environment.
