Parker Hannifin is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer I in Huntsville, AL. You will assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, yield, and safety across the production floor.

You will work under direct supervision, supporting senior engineers with CAD/CAM tooling, data analysis, and process documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0-2 years experience.
• Knowledge of core engineering concepts and problem solving.
• Ability to apply systematic, disciplined analytical approach to problems of basic to moderate scope.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to quality and manufacturing functions (pull systems, process mapping, JIT).
• Knowledge of data structures and database programming.
• Ability to work with CAD/CAM systems and standard software tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production and assembly.
• Support process improvement projects focused on efficiency, yield, safety, cost.
• Provide input to senior engineers on design concepts and specifications.
• Ensure basic processes comply with regulations and apply technical standards.
• Investigate and recommend corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing routings to support production planning.
