Job summary

Eaton’s Fibrebond campus in Minden, Louisiana, seeks an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer to support high‑performance processes on site. You will help ensure safe, efficient production while learning from cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include data-driven process improvements, quality and cost reduction initiatives, design for manufacturability, and supporting launch activities with Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Minden, LA.

Responsibilities

• Support High-Performance Work Team and floor operations to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing data to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Design processes to meet internal/external quality specs (AS9100, NADCAP).
• Lead and participate in HPWT/Focus Factory initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop pFMEAs, process routers, PMs and process documents for safety and cost targets.
• Troubleshoot and implement changes to improve manufacturability and profitability.
