Job summary

Creation Technologies in New York is seeking an entry-level Engineering 1 to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will perform moderately complex engineering tasks to support the creation, configuration and optimization of CCAs and box assemblies under engineering management guidance.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning, documentation, BOM management, DFM analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• New graduates or up to 4 years in electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements to assembly and test processes.
• Create assembly documents, BOMs, and process files.
• Support manufacturing process documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
