Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or closely related STEM field.
• Strong willingness to learn and apply basic engineering and process improvement concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports entry-level manufacturing engineering tasks under supervision.
• Assists with data collection, basic process analysis, and SOP/documentation.
• Supports maintenance of SOPs and work instructions.
• Assists with troubleshooting and equipment maintenance guidance from senior engineers.
• Participates in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
