Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s or Ph.D. preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering organization, overseeing multiple engineering teams and programs.
• Define long-term engineering strategy for the facility.
• Oversee process, equipment, automation, and systems engineering to meet safety, quality and cost goals.

Education
