Laborup is hiring Production Associates for a large plastics manufacturing facility, with day and night shifts available. You will work on the production line, handling and processing parts as they come off the equipment, inspecting finished components, and preparing materials for packaging.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize basic product defects
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to handle lightweight parts and perform repetitive tasks consistently
• Willingness to learn and follow simple production instructions
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Collect, sort, and organize manufactured parts as they come off the production line.
• Quality Inspection: Visually check finished components for defects, damage, and consistency.
• Packaging & Assembly: Complete basic assembly, stacking, labeling, and packaging tasks to prepare finished products.
• Production Support: Maintain a steady workflow, keep pace with the line, and assist with moving materials between stations.
• Safety & Teamwork: Keep your work area organized, follow safety procedures, and help your team meet daily production goals.
