• Production Support: Maintain a steady workflow, keep pace with the line, and assist with moving materials between stations.

Overview

We're hiring Production Associates for a large, established plastics manufacturing facility, with multiple openings available on both day and night shifts.

In this role, you'll work alongside a production line, handling and processing manufactured parts as they come off the equipment. Your responsibilities will include inspecting finished components, sorting and organizing products, completing basic assembly tasks, and preparing materials for packaging or shipment.

The work is hands-on and fast-paced, but the parts themselves are generally lightweight. Success in this position comes down to attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to keep up with production. You'll be on your feet throughout your shift, working with your team to make sure products are handled correctly and meet quality standards.

Compensation

• $15/hr – Day Shift
• $16/hr – Night Shift
• Built-in overtime through rotating schedules
• Full-time, direct-hire employment

Shift

Multiple positions available across two schedules:

• Day Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts
