Laborup in Morristown, NJ is hiring Assembly / Packers for a hands-on plastics manufacturing operation. This role involves assembling parts, inspecting, packing, loading and keeping the production line moving in a fast-paced environment.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. You will learn multiple stations, work a team, and have rotating 12-hour schedules with day or night shifts, plus opportunities for advancement into more senior production roles.

• Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.

Overview

We're hiring Assembly / Packers for a large, established plastics manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on production role where manufactured components move through assembly, finishing, and packaging processes before becoming completed products. Depending on your station, you may assemble parts, inspect products, pack finished materials, load and unload components, or help keep the production line moving.

The work is physical and fast-paced, requiring you to stay active, keep up with the production line, and work alongside your team to meet daily production goals. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.

Compensation

• $15/hr - Day shift
• $16/hr - Night shift
• Built-in overtime through the rotating schedules

Shift

Multiple openings are available on both days and nights:

• Day Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.
• Teamwork & Cross-Training: Work alongside other production employees and learn different stations as needed.

Required
