Northern Stamping INC - General Service is seeking entry‑level Manufacturing Associates for shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. You will support stamping operations, handle finished parts, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment in Valley View, OH.

Starting rate is $16.10 hourly with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and take direction.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Required use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas and workstations.
• Safely collect, sort, and dispose of scrap materials and waste.
• Transport materials, racks, parts, and tools between departments.
• Assist machine operators and maintenance personnel with basic tasks.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are located correctly to support workflow.
• Perform basic maintenance or cleanup to keep equipment and areas in good condition.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, or delays to supervisors.
• Support additional tasks to meet production goals.
