Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a motivated General Laborer for 1st shift in WSM. You will perform light assembly, packaging, and general labor in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.

• Must possess a positive, 'can do' attitude.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.

• Perform various general laborer duties as needed, including light assembly, simple machine operation, packaging, shipping and receiving, etc.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other tasks when necessary.
• Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work area.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various general laborer job duties as needed, including light assembly, simple machine operation, packaging, shipping and receiving, etc.

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
