Job summary

Princeton Precision Group is seeking dependable associates to join its manufacturing team in Tampa, FL. No prior manufacturing experience is required as paid training is provided to learn equipment, processes, and procedures. Experience with plastic or wax injection is preferred but not required.

All shifts are available, offering opportunities to grow within a defense-focused organization. Responsibilities include safely operating equipment, following training, loading/unloading parts,

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow written work instructions and training.

• Complete production paperwork.
• Meet production and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety and company rules.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

We are looking for dependable associates to join our manufacturing team. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Paid on-the-job training is provided to help you learn the job, our equipment, and our processes. Experience with plastic injection, wax injection, or similar manufacturing processes is preferred, but not required. All shifts available.
