Consolidated Precision Products Corp in Albany, OR, is seeking Injection Molding Technicians for our facilities and partnerships in titanium casting and aerospace components. This climate-controlled environment offers a short 3‑day work week and opportunities to learn with provided training.

You will perform daily checks on dies and wax presses, retrieve aluminum dies, and produce wax molds to engineering specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; candidates lacking this may be considered if they possess relevant experience.
• Minimum age 18.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Understand and follow work instructions provided in English.
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently.
• Read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain concentration and stay on task in an active environment.

Working Environment

• Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
• Working near moving mechanical parts for extended periods.
• Twist and turn wrists and forearms for extended periods.
• Use of hands to operate mold press controls.
• Work performed under normally good working conditions; exposures generally not disagreeable.
• Proper PPE required.

When You Will Work

• Full‑time job in a short 3‑day work week.
• Weekend night shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) 3x12 with $2.50/hr shift differential.
• Overtime offered based on business needs.
