Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Liverpool, NY is seeking passionate individuals to join a dynamic retail team. This full-time role offers a structured six-month training program with a mentor, designed to lead to an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

You’ll develop leadership and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, with daily duties including coaching peers, maintaining operations, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
• Computer skills.
