Job summary

Wegmans is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader for the Sub Shop to join a dynamic retail team. You will help manage daily operations, ensure the freshest products, and train passionate staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

This role focuses on merchandising standards, educating team members and customers about product offerings, and proactively assisting shoppers to complete their meals. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends) are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills including basic computer operations and software usage.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
