Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Bad Axe is hiring an Entry Level Manager for our BAD AXE Store at 780 N. Van Dyke, Bad Axe, MI 48413.

The role pays $17.00 per hour and includes a 20% discount on in-store purchases, with monthly bonus potential and opportunities for advancement through Goodwill Academy. You will train and motivate staff, organize displays, help meet sales goals, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Michigan driver’s license preferred.
• 1 year of general retail experience or more.
• Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policies.
