Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking an Entry Level Manager for the BAD AXE store at 780 N. Van Dyke, Bad Axe, MI 48413. The role offers $17.00 per hour, plus a 20% in-store discount and monthly bonus potential.

The ideal candidate will assist in training staff, maintain sales floor displays, and help meet budgeted sales and margins while upholding Goodwill policies. Full-time hours and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Michigan driver's license required.
• 1 year of general retail experience preferred.
• Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Ability to work full time with all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
• Strong management skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

$17.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.
