Management Trainee Responsibilities:

1. Train all new sales team members on company policies & procedures.
2. Ensure all team members maintain continuous sales and marketing training as needed.
3. Roleplay customer service and sales procedures daily or weekly with all appropriate team members.
4. Maintain a positive, productive culture among all team members.
5. Encourage teamwork, positivity, and accountability among all team members.
6. Hold regular team meetings to hold the team accountable to standard sales metrics, train on new or existing policies and procedures, maintain morale, and ensure the team operates at the highest possible level.
7. Maintain accurate and timely records on all team members and sales interactions, including on any disciplinary processes.
