As a Management Trainee, you’ll receive cross-functional training in marketing, sales, and operations, while gaining practical experience in campaign execution, team coordination, and customer engagement. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and prepared for advancement into leadership, campaign management, and client-facing roles.
Participate in a structured training program across marketing, sales, and team management
Support the execution of live promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
Learn to manage daily event operations, performance tracking, and logistics
Lead small teams during in-person marketing and outreach events
Build rapport with customers to enhance brand visibility and loyalty
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Take part in strategy sessions, goal setting, and performance evaluations
