Job summary

Lowe’s RDC maintenance team is seeking an entry-level technician to keep equipment in the distribution center fully operational. You will learn safety protocols and basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing concepts while performing simple preventive maintenance tasks, such as forklift battery and light bulb replacement.

On-the-job training and mentorship are provided to develop repair skills and support more complex maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED equivalent or technical school graduate.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Strong safety orientation and proven record of complying with safety requirements.
• Able to see objects and discriminate color.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks as trained.
• Assist with forklift battery and light bulb replacements.
