Desert Parkway is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to keep our buildings, equipment, and systems in top condition. You’ll learn from experienced technicians while helping with lighting, plumbing, and HVAC preventive maintenance to ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency for staff and patients.

You will log daily checks, assist with installations or upgrades, and support teams across departments in a fast-paced healthcare setting with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• No prior maintenance experience required; willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Good communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance on lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond to basic repair requests, change filters, replace bulbs, and tighten fixtures.
• Support senior technicians on larger projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance logs and update work orders in the digital tracking system.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
