Job summary

Hanover Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Massillon, OH.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance rounds, equipment checks, repairs, outdoor upkeep, and adherence to safety and quality policies. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.
• Log and date all equipment checks and tests.
• Log and date all preventive repair and routine replacement (e.g. filter changes, part dilapidation).
• Perform all routine, damage, and cosmetic repairs.
• Perform all required outdoor maintenance and cosmetic repair.
• Perform all other general and/or specific maintenance required.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training, education classes, and orientation programs to maintain and enhance quality of care.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
• Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures.
