Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join its industrial maintenance team in Crystal Lake, IL. The role focuses on learning safe maintenance practices, hands-on mechanical skill development, and completing preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and facility systems.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and follow simple work instructions, preventive maintenance procedures, safety instructions, and equipment checklists.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, teamwork, housekeeping, and reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, inspections, cleaning and filter replacement.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs on production equipment such as welders, presses, conveyors, and finishing equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures, 5S, PPE requirements, and safety protocols; complete work orders in CMMS with notes.
