Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds.
• Read and interpret manuals and drawings; follow directions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Utilize hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure functionality and cleanliness of building systems.
