Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and property grounds.
• Conduct basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
