Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Position Available

Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves performing interior and exterior maintenance, upkeep tasks, and other duties as needed for apartment complexes located in South Pointe, OH.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, with potential on-call responsibilities as needed after hours/ weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and property grounds.
• Conduct basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
• Utilize hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and drawings, following directions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
• Some maintenance experience and technical knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be dependable—a company work vehicle will be provided for transportation.
