Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained while supporting store operations to serve customers efficiently. No prior experience required; training is provided.

You will assist multiple departments with maintenance tasks, learn HVAC and plumbing basics, and uphold safety policies while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing role with emphasis on service quality and safety.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and assist with facility upkeep.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, and stock tasks.
• Operate tools and equipment to maintain facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Cross-train in other roles such as Store/Cashier or Facility Maintenance as needed.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
