Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and fully operational. You’ll support store and truck care teams, perform general maintenance, and help with HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration tasks. No experience?

We’ll teach you as part of a structured training program. You’ll be part of a busy team prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to advance across roles and departments.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC and fuel systems.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Adhere to safety policies & procedures to protect customers and teammates.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
