Industry Descriptor is seeking a USA|Maintenance 1 to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on day-to-day machine readiness and plant upkeep with a strong emphasis on safety and following written and verbal instructions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lubrication experience and basic preventative maintenance knowledge for CNC machines or general equipment. This hands-on position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am to 4pm) with pay starting at $25+ per hour and a path toward

Qualifications

• Experience with lubrication products for machines or oiling
• Basic preventative maintenance experience helpful on CNC machines
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain oil levels for CNC machines
• Assist with tank cleanouts and chip removal
• Provide preventative maintenance support and minor repairs
• Change oil or air filters on equipment
• Log oil levels accurately and maintain logs
