Job summary

Charter Casting, part of Charter Manufacturing Company, is hiring for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician on the weekend night shift in Shawano, Wisconsin. You will learn to inspect and maintain equipment, assist experienced mechanics, and perform preventive maintenance while following safety procedures.

The role offers full-time hours with weekly pay, a strong benefits package, and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GEDWorks program)
• Willingness to learn and basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read instructions and use basic math
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Nice to have: 1+ year of prior manufacturing, maintenance, or mechanical experience

Maintenance Facility Technician | 3rd shift (Friday - Sunday, 12 hour Shift)| $27/hr + $5,000 Hiring Bonus
