Quality Talent Group is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support mining and processing equipment in Colorado. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs to keep plant operations safe and productive.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills (welding, fabrication, hand tools), and a willingness to learn. On-site swing shift with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a large North American operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.

Our client is hiring a Mid - Senior Maintenance Technician (Swing Shift) responsible for maintaining mining and processing equipment in a ready and operational state.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean-shaven for proper fit)
