Riverstone Communities in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Level 1 Maintenance Technician to uphold curb appeal and manage routine community upkeep. You’ll perform groundskeeping, lawn mowing, plantings, and cleanouts, supporting residents with timely maintenance requests and safety compliance.

This full-time outdoor role requires physical activity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in all weather. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a respectful culture that values teamwork.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities' standards which includes: picking up trash, groundskeeping (lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding)
• Complete clean outs of homes
• Diagnose and fix residential water/sewer leaks
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Read water meters for each home
• Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so
