Job summary

Burlington Stores in Redlands, CA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance General Technician to sustain automated material handling equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment availability.

This role offers promotion potential to Skilled Technician/Tech II based on proficiency and performance during performance reviews. Shift: 1st shift from Tue-Fri, 4am-2pm, with pay and benefits typical for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams and electrical measuring.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance is preferred.
• Basic PC competency and use of handheld apps.
• Previous exposure to MHE or conveyor systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair automated material handling and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and restore equipment to service to support operations.
• Use preventive maintenance processes and job plans.
• Create and close Work Orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; perform Root Cause Analysis when needed.
