Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC‑controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms, error codes, and production issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Perform machine start‑up, setup, shutdown, and service‑mode procedures.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Support production and assembly operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams.
• Track maintenance supplies and spare parts; maintain organized storage.
