St. James Place in Beaver Creek is hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to help keep guest areas and facilities in good working order through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.

This full-time, year-round role offers a starting pay and benefits. The schedule is 7:00am–3:30pm with an ASAP start date, and paid time off, health, dental, and other benefits are included.

St. James Place in Beaver Creek is hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician!

This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in property maintenance while working in one of Colorado’s premier mountain communities. You’ll help keep guest areas, buildings, and equipment in good working order through routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Complete routine inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot and assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building-related issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent situations with a focus on safety and timely resolution.
• Support installation, assembly, and upkeep of equipment and facility components.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and storage spaces clean, organized, and ready for use.

Job Start Date : ASAP

Employment Status : Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate : $23- $27/hr depending on experience

Schedule : Saturday - Wednesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

You’re at least 21 years old by your start date and legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis with no specific end date. You have at least one year of related maintenance experience, strong communication skills and are a motivated self-starter. You’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in seeing projects through. You enjoy hands‑on work, are comfortable using tools, and approach repairs with a practical, problem‑solving mindset. A strong team player with clear communication skills, you deliver great service while staying adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented. You’re physically able to lift, climb, and work in a variety of environments and comfortable using a phone or tablet to manage daily tasks. Related maintenance training, an apprenticeship, or certification(s) is preferred but not required for this entry level position, along with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
