Riverview Village, part of American Senior Communities in Clarksville, IN, is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Assistant for the full-time day shift. Pay is $20.00/hour and you will support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

Riverview Village is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds, helping to ensure a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Skills Needed:

• Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
• Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
