American Senior Communities is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant for Aster Place Assisted Living. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the physical plant and grounds safe and attractive for residents, staff, and visitors.

Candidates should show CARE values, have basic maintenance experience, and familiarity with electrical, heating and cooling systems is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, with potential for growth and benefits.

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
