Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop in Maryland Heights, MO is hiring full-time cleaners. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Schedule typically Monday–Friday 7:45 am–5:00 pm or until the route is finished, with $15–$20 hourly pay plus tips.

We provide all supplies and equipment, mileage reimbursement, weekly bonuses, PTO after 6 months, and employer-sponsored benefits. Must be 18+, own a vehicle with a valid license, be detail-oriented, and eager to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until route is finished.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong work ethic and enjoy serving people.
• Attention to detail and readiness for leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes thoroughly and consistently to high standards.
• Follow assigned routes and complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Provide friendly, reliable service to clients and maintain equipment.
