Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop is hiring professional house cleaners to join our fast-growing residential cleaning team in Eureka, MO. You will perform routine cleanings and deep cleans, delivering top-quality service and a positive customer experience.

We offer full-time hours, no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a Pay for Performance program with regular bonuses. Benefits include dental, vision, and insurance, plus mileage reimbursement and PTO after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished with route.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaners, general laborer, waiter, hotel housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks including routine maintenance and deep cleans.
• Deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
