Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop in Maryland Heights is hiring full-time professional house cleaners. You’ll work Monday–Friday 7:45 am–5:00 pm or until routes are finished, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You’ll use your own vehicle to travel between homes and earn $15–$20 per hour plus tips. We offer a family-oriented team, PTO after 6 months, employer-sponsored benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a Pay for Performance Plan that rewards top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks for homes as part of a service route.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Use company-provided products and equipment as needed.
