Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop is hiring for full‑time home cleaning positions in Missouri. Work typically weekdays, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Earn $15–$20 per hour plus tips, with PTO after 6 months and employer‑sponsored dental and vision insurance.

Applicants must be 18+, have a vehicle and valid license, and be prepared to follow routes and deliver exceptional service. Weekly bonuses and mileage reimbursement are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday 7:45 am–5:00 pm or until route is finished.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to provide friendly, detail‑oriented service while cleaning homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Follow assigned routes and daily schedules.
• Provide friendly customer service and professional conduct.
• Utilize provided supplies and equipment to complete work efficiently.
