Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Blueprint reading skills desired.
• 0-2 heavy equipment manufacturing experience desired.
• Computer experience desired (basic file navigation).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions; training provided.
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose cutting problems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines per guidelines.
• Control machine settings to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform pre-operation checks for startup reliability.
• Read cut lists and blueprints to guide work.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and log daily activities.
• Communicate with operators to ensure safety and efficiency.
